This website is jointly established by the VESI members, namely the five Victorian electricity distribution network service providers licensed under the Electricity Industry Act 2000 (Vic):

Currently, the website is managed by Jemena, but management may transfer to another VESI member. A reference to VESI (we/us/our) in these Terms of Use is a reference to the VESI member who is, at the relevant time, the manager of the website.

VESI may, from time to time, change or add to this website (including these Terms of Use) or the information, products or services supplied without notice.

These Terms of Use may be varied at any time and an updated version will be published on this website.
